WaterColor is not a town to become stagnant – instead, choosing to look to the future to maintain its standing as the leading 30A community. The number of lots available for development are dwindling down, and the time has come to expand to further improve the lifestyle enjoyed by homeowners and their guests.
WaterColor has steadily grown over the past fifteen years and the number of homeowners and their guests enjoying Watercolor’s many fine amenities has grown exponentially. The Beach Club alone, in 2015, welcomed close to 1,000 people per day in the spring and summer months – that is a lot of people! As a result, WaterColor's amenities have experienced some overcrowding as the area has grown.
