WaterColor Beach ClubThe Beach Club expansion project will entail tripling the present pool size by adding two additional resort style pools and enhancing their food services, adding restaurants, and an extra elevator, improving access to the beach, and enhancing current security measures to ensure only WaterColor homeowners and their have use of the facilities and amenities. The renovation of the Beach Club will result in expanded capacity on all levels, enhanced menus, larger dining room, and additional outdoor areas from which to enjoy the views. It is truly an exciting time for WaterColor’s homeowners.

Camp WaterColor will also enjoy upgrades and additions, tripling the size of the current pool and adding a spacious splash pad for the little ones, and a waterslide for the older children, making it an even more exciting family destination for a fun day in the sun.

Expansion Plans Carefully Structured

What is especially noteworthy is that WaterColor’s expansion plans are so carefully crafted to favor homeowners and their guests, that they are planned in phases so that amenities may be enjoyed through the entire process – as one closes for expansion, a similar amenity will remain or become available, and the plans allow for seasonal and peak times of use, to minimize disruption to the guests.
