Communities with 30A Gulf Front Properties are some of the most exclusive and prestigious to be found. At the east end, Rosemary Beach offers gulf front homes from around $5 Million and up to over $11.5 Million dollars, and homes a little more inland for anywhere from $1M to about $4M dollars.
Just west of Rosemary Beach lies Alys Beach, where Gulf front luxury homes south of Scenic Hwy 30A can be found in the $6 Million price range, and just north of Hwy 30A, luxury homes are offered for anywhere from $1.5 Million and to $3 Million.
