Scenic Hwy 30A Gulf Front Properties

Gulf Front Properties for SaleCommunities with 30A Gulf Front Properties are some of the most exclusive and prestigious to be found. At the east end, Rosemary Beach offers gulf front homes from around $5 Million and up to over $11.5 Million dollars, and homes a little more inland for anywhere from $1M to about $4M dollars.

Just west of Rosemary Beach lies Alys Beach, where Gulf front luxury homes south of Scenic Hwy 30A can be found in the $6 Million price range, and just north of Hwy 30A, luxury homes are offered for anywhere from $1.5 Million and to $3 Million.  These custom homes were designed with a Bermuda influence, providing a beautiful community of crisp white homes amid beautiful landscaping along the coast of the Gulf waters.

Seacrest Beach is another Gulf front community of luxury homes. These homes are in the architectural style of Florida beach cottages and are primarily located in a small area just north of Hwy 30A.  However, there are some beautiful multi-million gulf front estate homes and condos as well in Seacrest Beach.

A search for Gulf front properties would not be complete without looking at homes for sale in Seaside, Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain Beach and Santa Rosa Beach.  Still working westward from Rosemary Beach at the eastern end of Scenic Hwy 30A, you will find Santa Rosa Beach, one of South Walton's premier beach communities, located roughly in the center of what’s known as Scenic Hwy 30A Gulf front properties. There is a wide range of price points for Santa Rosa Beach homes for sale. Expect to pay more for luxury gulf front homes located south of Scenic Hwy 30A. Befitting the location, these luxury gulf front estate homes are listed in the price range of at least $4M to around $9M or more.

30A Gulf Front Real Estate

30A Gulf Front Real EstateThere are a few gulf front condo communities such as Sea Bluff Condos in South Santa Rosa Beach.  A gulf front condo will run at least $300,000 - $400,000 in this community, and condos in the communities of Dune and San Remo, for instance, would run in the high $600,000 to the $700,000s in range. 

Blue Mountain Beach is a smaller, more secluded community of gulf front properties. The average selling price for homes in this area is in the low $2,000,000s and homes south of Scenic Hwy 30A on the gulf front itself, could appropriately run up to around $4M or more. As with most of South Walton's gulf front communities, preservation of the natural areas is a high priority and strictly enforced.

Grayton Beach is a more laid back, relaxed community and offers a mix of architectural styles in its gulf front real estate. Prices range anywhere from around $750,000 up to over $5,000,000.  Lakefront homes, situated on Western Lake can be found offering views of both the Gulf and the lake, and there are some beautiful gulf front estate homes fronting the Gulf itself.

No matter which community you choose, you will find the gulf front lifestyle to be one of luxury, convenience and beauty.
