45 of the top Sotheby's International Realty agents from all across the country gathered in Santa Barbra, California the weekend of May 22nd to the 24th for the Market Leaders’ Forum, a two-day event focused on best practices, home tours, collaboration & strategic growth within the global real estate space. 

Those in attendance represented luxury markets from California to Florida, Hawaii to Illinois and throughout California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Nevada, New York, Texas, Washington, and Washington, D.C. Over the course of the weekend the market leaders had an impressive agenda of meetings, forums, reception and property tours at some unbelievable Santa Barbra estates. The group toured Sotheby's International Realty agent, Suzanne Perkins’ exceptional listing 815 Cima Del Mundo, currently offered at $29 million.

The Forum’s final day concluded with a private estate tour of the historic Villa Santa Barbara, owned by beloved television host, bestselling author, and Emmy–winning actress, Ellen DeGeneres and her wife, Australian-American actress Portia de Rossi. The exquisite estate is listed by Perkins for $45 million.
