Recently returned from a vacation to the area using exclusive30a.com - the area was beautiful and my family really enjoyed the week. Based on our time there, we have decided to look into owning a vacation property in the area in the near future. We are hoping to stay a couple weeks a year and rent out the rest of our time using a service like Exclusive 30A - which should pay for our time there as well. Would love to have some insights on this or hear about any upcoming properties in the region - like this one.
