Often, as a real estate broker we move through transactions like soldiers.  We do what we are trained to do:  solve problems, put out fires and (hopefully) make it look easy and all just part of the drill.  In my years of helping people buy and sell their properties, many of those experiences get tucked away when the property closes.  It is rare that I take the time to journal about the experiences that we have with the people we serve and the circumstances that take place along the way.  Some can be difficult, some painful, and some not-so-much.  What I can tell you is that they don’t all go so well and that this business is not for the faint of heart.
